Mindfulness and meditation for not the same but they are very frequently confused that they mean the same thing. There are many types of meditation methods that concentrate your mind your heart and your calmness.

Mindfulness is nothing but awareness. It is nothing but paying attention to your inner body activities like thought behavior and your feelings and everything else. Mindfulness practice can be done at any time any place and anyone who is with you. This nothing but only concentrate on your inner body and completely focus on your mind’s calmness and engagement.

This simply means that you forget your past and future for the moment.

You also forget the option versus Real life and that I am the best and no good thinking from your mind for some time.

Main researches prove that mindfulness actually releases some chemicals in the brain which Trigger a happy mood in your mind. It also reduces your body’s blood pressure.

Mindfulness is very easy to practice and it is very useful to your life. How to practice mindfulness you don’t need anything else but just pay attention to your inner soul. This is the one thing that we all must be doing it regularly but we don’t do it. When you start to pay attention to your inner body and inner sense the changes what do you want to see in your body becomes easy and possible.

Mindfulness and meditation are just like the reflection of each other like a reflection in a mirror. They support each other when you try to achieve both of them. Mindfulness enriches meditation and meditation helps nurture mindfulness. Meditation can be practiced only in a specific time of a day but mindfulness can be practiced throughout the day at any time you think of.

Simply put mindfulness is nothing but having awareness of your inner self while meditation is just the opposite when you meditate you have awareness of nothing actually, you forget everything.

There are many types of meditation available, some methods to target your mind and calmness and some methods target your heart and some methods forget your inner soul and some others forget your kindness and love and some methods to target your forgiveness and open-heart lifestyle.

Many people use yoga as a method for their meditation and some people use sound as a method of meditation like chanting a mantra for a secret word continuously to forget everything else. Some meditation methods called clear mind meditation and they use natural rhythm for the practice like slow breathing and slow walking such things. This method can impact you enormously, actually it is an aid, if not an experience itself. Like it said a hammer will help you but will not build a house for you so the methods are available but it is you who have to practice it regularly.

So, if you are looking to practice mindfulness or meditation, we can choose any one of them or they can practice both of them like in the morning you can practice meditation and throughout the day even practice mindfulness methods.

Actually, these practices are very important to everyone in the life but it is having you practice and how regularly practice will make an impact in your life I am the serious Ness you put in these methods you follow will help you achieve for what you decided to practice mindfulness are meditation.

So, choose mindfulness or meditation and practice regularly to know your inner self and achieve great concentration of your body and the same will reflect in your work too.

Mindfulness is nothing but being present and whatever you’re doing. If you be present in whatever you are doing you give your hundred percent that works and also you notice the world whatever is happening around you like your moments your behavior and feelings and also things that affect you and eventually you can correct yourself on your behavior movements and thoughts. This is rare mindfulness helps you to achieve your 100% productivity in whatever you are doing.

This practice can be done at any time at any place and with whoever are and whatever you are doing. When your all senses are actively focused in one activity and you’re giving your 100% mindfulness to that work your productivity increases and you achieve the work in a faster manner.

You can also practice mindfulness when you are during a meditation activity also it’s done. Main resources found that many people thinking about something else and when they are doing something else actually their mind is focused on something else other than what they are doing currently this is mindfulness practice comes handy to you have your focus 100% on what you are doing at the moment.

Our mind is always thinking about our desires and ambitions about what you wanted to become if your life while we do something else at the present. Also, our mind thinks of whatever losses happened in the past.

To come out of this thinking pattern of our mind and have your mindfulness in one activity, you need to practice mindfulness activities.

We are actually doing mindfulness practice every day like we brush our teeth in the morning. We use all our five senses like smell the flavor of toothpaste on the taste is recognized by the tongue. We use our hands to put pressure on the teeth and our brain senses where the toothbrush putting the pressure, on which teeth it is etc. Simply put, if you put all your senses into one focus on what you are doing in that moment you give your 100% to activity. This way your productivity increases drastically.

You can also practice mindfulness while you are doing your meditation, it actually strengthens your focus.

Show the difference between mindfulness and meditation is mindfulness getting your mind to focus in one thing what you are doing at the present and meditation you forget everything else other than your meditation activity and tried to find the calmness in your inner mind. They were excellent two different things that help you find your innocence and have a control on them.

There comes a time in everyone’s life where they ask themselves the questions, “What is the purpose of my life?” There is power in this seemingly simple question, and in order to find any real meaning in life, it’s necessary to stop and reflect on the answer.

Identity

Any type of spiritual quest will generally include an element of thinking about identity. We are taught from children that our identities are solid things in relation to the people and structures around us. The truth, however, is that we are more than that. Our true identities are not something that can be readily grasped, but they are something that we can move toward in our lives and in our spiritual journeys.

The way we find out who we are is by noticing the thoughts in our mind. There are endless spiritual practices you can do in order to better understand and comprehend the thoughts in your mind.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your conscious attention to the activities currently present in your reality. This means what actions your body and speech are doing, and also those of your mind. When you bring your conscious awareness back to the present moment, you are developing spiritual powers and discovering who you really are.

Throughout the process of spiritual development, it can become almost like an experiment to also play with the way you look physically. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to look a particular way in our society. You might see a certain look and think it would never be for you. You might be the kind of person who has the same haircut for decades because you like the way it looks on you.

Appearances

One way to learn more about our identities is to play with our appearance. There are plenty of affordable options for salons in the Boston area. Why not get a new look and see how the mind reacts to this new covering over our identities.

With any change, a way to respond is to watch the mind. Does the mind embrace change, or does it want to go back to the way things used to be? Let every change be an opportunity for mindfulness. Let every breath be expanding the space of awareness.

Conclusions

Spirituality has been used for a really long time to help us learn about ourselves and about what we love. At the same time, it aids us to figure out what we do not like so that we can avoid negatives. Meditation can only happen in the event that we block our thoughts. This includes negatives and positives. In order to reach spiritual awareness, we have to be careful and really know ourselves. We can say that the subjects are connected to each other.

Meditation and spirituality help us to learn things about us that we never knew anything about. It is very important though that you learn how to do it right so look for proper guidance.

Meditation in the morning is often underestimated. Most
people know that meditation is great but when you meditate can offer some
extras you want to take into account. While we can mention so many really
interesting benefits associated with morning meditation, the main reasons why
you want to meditate in the morning are:

Important Benefits Of Meditating In The Morning

You get an energy boost. Some people even say
this is better than drinking coffee.

Immediately clearing negative and unproductive
thoughts. You basically start the day with a positive and fresh mind.

The mind is prepared to adapt. Due to this, when
faced with sudden stressors, it is easier to relax and not react in a negative
way. No more problems caused by drivers cutting you off.

Dissolving anxiety and stress.

Helps treat depression.

Becoming detached from stress and chaos,
allowing to see what is important.

It is easier to multitask so you will be much
more productive when you start working. You will even quickly figure out that
with meditation in the morning it becomes easier to drive.

How To Set Up An Effective Morning Meditation Routine

Remember that it will take some time until you manage to set
up that truly effective morning meditation routine. Be ready to fail since it
is a part of it. Once you manage to meditate in the morning on a constant basis,
everything becomes better and the benefits become obvious. To build that
routine, remember the following:

Find A
Method

For many, having just one focus point helps the most.
Breathing is a great suggestion to consider. It is not always easy since there
will be so many things that will go through your mind at first. However, when
you have one main point of focus, it is much simpler. As soon as thoughts drift
away from you, return to breathing.

If breathing is not something that works for you, seriously consider guided meditations. There are countless available for free online, on YouTube or even on your smartphone. Insight Timer is an example of an app you can use.

Find A
Good Spot

You choose where to sit. Some people prefer a sofa while
others just want to sit down in the middle of the room, on a blanket. The idea
is to choose a place where you will practice meditation every morning, one that
works for you. Go to it as soon as possible to start your routine.

Enhance
That Spot

Make the spot your own. Remove all distractions and do all
that you can to feel as comfortable as possible. Some ideas to consider include
adding photos, candles, plants or objects that make you relax.

Sit Up
Straight

It is true that you can meditate in any position you want
but it is always better to have an erect spine. The fact that you always meditate
in the same spot every morning helps since it triggers your desire to meditate.

Make Sure
Meditation Is The First Thing You Do

No matter what method or spot you choose, do all that you
can so that meditation is the very first thing done in the morning. Do not
check your email or Facebook feed before that. Make sure your mind is fluid and
soft. In the event that you can do this at the exact same time every single
morning, everything is even easier. Close your eyes, relax and begin.

Repetition
Counts

This is by far the most important thing that you have to
remember about meditation in the morning. In order to actually feel those
benefits, meditation in the morning needs to become a habit. Do it every single
day, even when cranky or tired. Do it even if you do not really want to get out
of bed. Simply get up, move towards the meditation space and breathe. In time,
you quickly start feeling better and better.

Some Extra Things To Remember About Meditation In The Morning

It is a really good idea to consider guided meditation first if you do not have experience with meditating. There are 5 here and you can always find hundreds on YouTube.

Remember that it is always a lot simpler to make a habit simpler
when you divide it in steps. The idea is to program the morning so that all
steps you take from the bed to the actual meditation are planned. A really
simple plan can be:

The alarm goes off.

You get out of bed.

You stretch for a few minutes.

You go to the bathroom.

Sit down in your meditation space.

Start meditating.

You will fail in the beginning but practice makes perfect.
Just do not give up and keep trying. The more you try, the easier it becomes!

Meditation with kids is a really interesting experience, one that can calm down both parents and children. Unfortunately, few parents realize the fact that mindfulness practices and meditation can be really useful.

We live in a world that is not as it should be. Children are often seen as being immune to what happens around them and what they see in the media because of their innocence. This is not the case.

Every single time we listen to news, watch TV or surf some social media content with children around, they do absorb what they see and what they hear. This happens even if they do not really understand what they see/hear.

The Choice

Parents have a choice. They can:

Shield children from what is happening around the world.

Help children build resilience so they can cope with all those bad things that happen.

What should you choose? That one is pretty obvious.

The Misconception

There are many things that people do not know about meditation. One of the really common misconceptions is that mindfulness helps you to never again feel pain, fear, anger and sadness. This is incorrect.

Meditation teaches you to manage, cope and process the difficult thoughts and feelings. This practically builds resilience towards adversity. Mindfulness will help you to get motivated to change and will make it easier for you to create solution to problems that create adversity.

Because of all this, teaching kids how to be more mindful is a very good idea. The world is hostile. As the children gains mindfulness as a skill, they are more capable of dealing with everything that happens.

How will mindfulness increase a child’s resilience? It all happens by covering the following factors.

Relationships

Studies highlighted that a major factor in resilience is being involved in supportive and caring relationships in and out of a family. Relationships create trust and love, give you role models, reassurance and encouragement.

Mindfulness actually teaches you how to properly connect with your children and it teaches them how to connect with other people. Do not assume that all parents feel truly connected with children. Many adults did not have the support they needed to actually develop such a type of connection.

As kids learn meditation, they learn how to develop compassion and self-love. This helps in all future relationships.

Planning

In order for the brain to work properly, it needs both parts to connect and work together. When the left side (logical side) does not properly communicate with your right side (the emotional side), stress appears because of the created imbalance. That stress will affect the education and learning of the child.

When the brain’s pre-frontal cortex is not developed, it becomes difficult to plan. When children cannot access this part of the brain, usually underdeveloped because of various factors like stress, they cannot properly integrate into a modern society. They cannot pay taxes, become home owners and study.

When children meditate, the engagement level of the pre-frontal cortex increases. This helps the child to develop planning skills that will be vital in the future.

Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is the reason why we manage to get back up when affected by adversity. The kids will be faced with challenges. Many youngsters start taking drugs or abuse alcohol because of a lack of self-esteem.

Meditation teaches you to accept yourself. This includes the parts that are not liked. When you learn mindfulness your life choices are influenced. You start to treat your body and your mind differently. Kids that learn meditation get the help they need to accept themselves as a whole as opposed to a perfectionist, idealistic view that the world forces. A more positive body image is also created.

Communication

The ability to solve problems comes from being connected to cognitive functions. After we have solutions, we have a desire to share and we need space and ability to actually use the solution. Mindfulness in listening and speech stands out as a powerful thing that can be practiced with children.

Adults project thoughts onto teens and kids. This automatically shuts down communication. When you practice mindfulness with your kids, the child ends up feeling heard. This can help present effective and simple solutions. Communication is increased in the family and beyond it.

Self-Regulation

This can be defined as being one’s capacity to manage strong impulses and feelings.

Emotional intelligence is something that is taken for granted. Children need to develop this at an early age. Meditation practice when you are an adult allows you to be able to offer the help the child needs to manage impulses and feelings.

Final Thoughts

Mindfulness is something that is often not seen as something a child can do but this is simply because the child’s ability to understand what happens is underestimated. You want to help the child develop. Meditation and mindfulness do help. They can both make you stronger as a family, develop better bonds and, most importantly, make the child grow and reach his/her potential.
