Inspiration from Sachin Tendulkar

On 24th of April 1973, Sachin Tendulkar was born. His parents were Ramesh Tendulkar, a Marathi novelist and Rajni, an insurance agent. He was named after Sachin Dev Burman. Nobody knew he would climb the stairs of popularity and fame until his half-brother discovered his talent. As a child he did not show much excellence in cricket but his talent was well hidden in him.

The Beginning

Ajit introduced him to Ramakant Achrekar, a cricket coach at Shivaji Park Dadar. This turned his life completely by bringing his hidden passion for cricket to the surface. He trembled during his first audition with the coach.

Upon his brother’s request he was given another chance and the coach observed him away from his vicinity. He played much better than the first time.   With hours of dedicated practice, Tendulkar became recognized as a child star. Ultimately he got into the Achrekar Academy and became even a greater star.

Awards and Honors

Awards are designed to congratulate and encourage the players so that they might play even better in future competitions. The importance of honor became enormous when an award featured your name engraved on it. Sachin earned this honor due to his natural talent and passion for cricket.

Ted Corbet announced the first trophy with the stamp of the Sachin name meant to honor his great talent and achievements. This award was followed by the Bharat Ranta, Padma Vibhushan, World Test XI and the ICC World ODI XI, an Indian outstanding achievement award as well as many other special trophies.

Career Path

Sachin Tendulkar played 200 test matches and scored very well in every tournament. Sometimes he played like a bowler instead of a batsman and secured 46 wickets in test matches and 154 wickets in ODI matches. His career is like a broad spectrum of light meant to inspire people worldwide.

The Turnout Moment

His constant effort and his extreme desire towards becoming great in cricket made him one of everyone’s favorite student at Achrekar. He played for the school cricket team and represented the John Bright Cricket Club. From clubs to clubs his career in cricket started to broaden and made him become famous when his worldwide fans called him the master blaster.

A Humble Spirit

Despite all his fame and busy life he has also focused on caring for people in need during his spare time. During his philanthropic work, he sponsored 200 underprivileged children every year. This is something that we should also learn from him and apply ourselves in our daily life.  This is another reason why he has so many fans all over the world.

Great people such as Sachin Tendulkar give more color to the world. They lit the lamp of peace and harmony and there is no doubt that we need people like him to give balance to the world in which we all live. He will always be a famous cricket player who had a lot to offer to the world in sports and as a humble humanitarian.
