Roast Pork With Mustard And Maple Glaze

This is one of the easiest pork based Christmas recipes that you will find anywhere. It is perfect for those people that do not know that much about cooking but still want to prepare something delicious for the entire family. The rating for the recipe is basically “really easy”.
Preparation time is just one quarter of an hour. The actual cooking time is of one hour and the ingredients quantities that we mention below are enough to make eight servings. Adjust accordingly if cooking for more or less people.
Ingredients:
- Boneless pork loin roast – 2 and a half pounds
- Real maple syrup – 1 cup
- Dijon style mustard – 4 tablespoons
- Cider vinegar – 2 and a half tablespoons
- Soy sauce – 2 and a half tablespoons
- Salt – according to taste
- Ground black pepper – according to taste
How To Make The Christmas Recipe:
You have to start cooking by preheating the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit). Take the soy sauce, pepper, salt, vinegar, mustard and maple syrup. Stir everything inside a bowl. Add the pork roast inside a roasting pan. Make sure it is shallow. Glaze should be spread over the roast. Start roasting the pork uncovered. Use a meat thermometer to know when to stop cooking. You should do so when the temperature is 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Take everything out of the oven and let the roast rest for around ten minutes before you start serving. Pork Roast With Apple Walnut Stuffing

The recipe is meant for 8 servings according to the ingredient mentioned.
Ingredients:
- 1 peeled, chopped and cored apple
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 1 onion – small and chopped
- 1 celery stalk – diced
- Half a cup of chopped walnuts
- One cup of applesauce – unsweetened
- 1 and a half cups of water
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 5 cups of bread crumbs
- Half a teaspoon of Kosher salt
- A quarter of a teaspoon of each: ginger, nutmeg and ground cloves
- 3 pounds of rolled boneless pork loin roast
How to prepare the Christmas recipe:
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius – 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the butter and melt it in a medium saucepan by using medium hit. Add the onion, celery, apple and walnuts. Keep cooking for 5 minutes. Add the applesauce, breadcrumbs and water when vegetables are tender. Stir and cook until breadcrumbs absorb liquid. Season everything with the use of nutmeg, cloves, ginger, Kosher salt and cinnamon.
Take the pork roast and put it unrolled in an appropriate baking dish. Take the stuffing and add over the roast. All excess can be put around it. Roll your roast and make sure that the meat’s fatty side is the top. Tie everything with the use of kitchen twine. The pork roast is then baked 45 to 50 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (around 65 degrees Celsius).
