Take the turkey breast and arrange it with the skin facing down on a surface that is flat. Cover with the use of plastic wrap. Take a meat mallet and gently pound until the thickness is even. Take away the wrap and use pepper and salt to season the meat. Spread the stuffing over the turkey and close up everything so that the stuffing is completely covered. Tie everything with the use of kitchen twine placed at 1 inch intervals.

The reserved herb butter is to be used to rub the turkey over and then everything is arranged in a roasting pan. Roast everything without a cover and baste occasionally till the turkey reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit interior temperature. This should last around 1 hour and a half. Set aside for at least 15 minutes, remove the twine and then serve in slices.

How to prepare:

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a casserole dish that is large enough and set it aside. Heat your remaining butter in a skillet. Add the bell and poblano peppers. Cook and occasionally stir until everything is tender and golden. Add 1 corn bag and the onions. Keep cooking until onions end up translucent. Let everything cool down and then drain the remaining liquid if it is too wet. Pulse the remaining corn in food processors with maple syrup, pepper, salt and eggs.

Take a large bowl and combine the cooled mixture with the corn mixture. Gradually add cornbread. Make sure that you do not mix too much as the stuffing needs to have a texture that is coarse. Move everything to the prepared dish and use parchment paper to cover. Bake everything for forty minutes until the top is golden brown. When that is the case, remove the paper and bake for 15 more minutes.
